Chinese Style Clay Pot Chicken Rice
Chinese-style clay pot chicken rice is quite easy to make and is very delicious. Mastering the technique to cook rice in clay pot requires some practice. A perfect clay pot chicken rice is said to have a thin layer of crispy brown rice crust at the bottom of the clay pot and the chicken meat is tender and yet flavorful. An advantage of cooking with clay pot is that it can be served right from the stove to table and the food stays hot for quite some time.
